![]() ![]() The cost to develop a proto-type and mold for a complete urethane body kit is about 12 times that of a fiberglass body kit. Urethane body kits are more expensive than fiberglass ones because they cost a whole lot more to make. Poly-urethane body kits - Poly-urethane (also referred to as simply "urethane") is a techinical word that basically means "rubber". An example of this is the Duraflex brand of body kits, which is probably the most popular-selling line of body kits we offer. Extra note: some companies have introduced high-end fiberglass body kits that use a specialty flex resin that gives bodykit-buyers the best of both worlds: durabilty and affordabilty. Besides that, they're the most affordable type of body kit available. That being said, paint adheres really well to fiberglass, and fiberglass won't warp even in the most extreme of weather conditions. Also, most fiberglass body kits won't withstand a fender-bender as well as, for example, poly-urethane body kits. Fiberglass body kits are almost all made by hand, and because of that they don't have the same precision of fitment and finish as, say, your machine-made CAD-designed factory bumpers do. The main reason is because they're the most cost-effective to manufacture. Take a look:įiberglass body kits - These are the most prevalent body kits by far. Although an AV Receiver generally also has the ability to set an offset to compensate for audio delays (TVs don't).Īgain nothing would prevent Apple supporting CEC which does not have this problem.Īs a brand new Mac owner and OS X user, this was the first issue I noticed immediately after setup. This is why I believe Apple don't do it at the Mac end. As you can imagine this would make a small loss of quality and possible audio delays due to the repeated conversion. ![]() I would guess any software like AudioSwitcher is converting the sound to analogue, altering the volume, and then if needed converting the sound back to digital to send over the HDMI, and then the AV Receiver (or TV) will have to convert it back to analogue again. I believe XBMC for Mac does so but iTunes etc. However the software your using has to support this gadget. Unfortunately it is my understanding that Apple do not support the CEC standard although I have seen some people claim it 'works for them'.įor what its worth there is a USB gadget that can 'insert' CEC commands in to the HDMI signal, the computer would send the commands via USB to this gadget and the gadget then inserts the signal in to the HDMI signal. The Mac would then be telling the AV Receiver to increase or decrease the volume, this would still mean the digital signal is unchanged and the AV Receiver still gets to do it in the analogue realm. ![]() This allows sending such commands via the HDMI interface to be processed by e.g. Now what is annoying is that even with the above there would still be a way for the Mac to send the volume control to the end device using a standard called CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). The same would apply to a TV with built-in speakers. It would be able to do this in the analogue form rather than the digital form since it will already have had to convert it back to analogue to play through the (analogue) speakers. ![]() If your HDMI goes to an AV Receiver and the AV Receiver has the speakers plugged in to it, then the AV Receiver is responsible for converting it back to analogue (for sound is an analogue waveform) and therefore the AV Receiver should be also responsible for doing the volume control. the device actually outputting the sound should be responsible for volume control. Apple appear to take the view that the end-point device i.e. To change the volume of a digital signal means completely altering the digital signal. HDMI is a digital interface, when sound is sent over it the sound is therefore also digital. ![]() ![]() ![]() Word, Excel, and PowerPoint⸺all in one app: With intelligent cloud services and trusted security, the Microsoft 365 app can help maximize your productivity in both work and life. This will provide good spacing for the overall illumination of the room. For example, recessed lighting spacing for a 16-foot-high ceiling would be 8 feet between each light. For example, if you’re choosing lighting for a room in your home, the ideal distance calculation is simple and is the same as the one you would use to work out the number of lights you’ll need.īy dividing the total height of your ceiling in half, you get the amount of space you should leave between each light. ![]() The purpose of your installation will determine the distance between your recessed lights. How far apart should recessed lights be placed? Most recessed LED lighting combines a series-parallel circuit. But, if you have four lights rated for 3 volts, you can wire them in series and connect them to a 12-volt source. For example, if you have four lights rated for 12 volts, they will need to be wired in parallel to receive the full 12 volts. Wiring in series reduces the voltage of each light. The LED rating will determine if you can wire the lighting in series. Should recessed lights be wired in series or parallel? If you plan on using strictly recessed lighting, it’s essential that the calculation for your space is correct. The farming blocks begin on the inland side of the city.I started a game earlier today around 1pm with the latest patch, i just stopped a few moments ago around 8:40pm. I usually do a 10 square block system for the city going along the coast. So if I space them as I would a block of plantations, then that would maintain the land that they use? How far should I keep the plantations and ranches away from the city? Should I build A block of plantations and give X amount of unused land between the next block? I build my plantations in groups of 4 if I can. Generally speaking though if you give a ranch space similar to a plantation and keep polution away from it and build it in dark green all around it will remain viable almost forever. If nothing deminished the land the ranch was on over time why would you PAY to upgrade to something that would require corn as an input instead of the free food for livestock from before and couldn't benefit from the organic campaign edict? Well because the factory farm stops caring about all those degredations over time. It's why factory farms are something actually worth considering later in the game.
